From the moment we started planning our wedding with Copdock Hall, we knew we were in safe hands. They listened to everything we wanted, understood our needs, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after every step of the way.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was accommodating our two whippets, Mabel and Wren, or making little adjustments along the way, every request was met with kindness, consideration, and a genuine willingness to help. It made the whole planning process feel effortless.

Our wedding day itself was absolutely scorching hot, but the team were incredible. They went out of their way to make sure we and all of our guests were comfortable, well watered, and had everything we needed throughout the day.

A special mention has to go to Taylor, who was an absolute whirlwind of enthusiasm and friendliness. She is a real credit to the business and the way she approaches everything. We are so grateful for everything she did especially the last minute "rainbow" shout, which led to one of our favourite and most memorable wedding photos.

We also really appreciated the flexibility in showing the England World Cup game. It certainly kept a lot of our guests happy... perhaps not the bride. Ha

The food deserves a review of its own. It was of a standard far beyond anything we've experienced elsewhere, including many top quality restaurants. It was simply outstanding. The service matched it perfectly, second to none and we're incredibly grateful to every single member of the team who helped make our day feel so effortless and, quite simply, perfect.

Needless to say, our words probably don't do Copdock Hall justice. The feedback from our guests says it all everyone had the most amazing time, and so many people commented on how incredibly impressed they were with the venue, the staff, and the overall experience.

Finally, the collaboration between Copdock Hall and all of our suppliers and vendors was completely seamless. Everything worked together perfectly behind the scenes, meaning there was nothing for us to worry about. We were simply able to enjoy every moment of our day.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team. Thank you to everyone at Copdock Hall for giving us the most incredible wedding day we'll treasure the memories forever.

From the moment we first visited Copdock Hall, we knew it was the venue for us. We had originally considered a destination wedding and then explored venues in Devon and the Cotswolds. While we saw many beautiful places, Copdock Hall had something that nowhere else did: Jessica.

Jess was our Events Manager, and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in incredibly safe hands. She immediately understood our vision, shared our excitement, and made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm were invaluable.

Wedding planning is often described as one of the most stressful experiences you’ll go through, but for us, that simply wasn’t the case. We put our trust in Copdock Hall and all of our suppliers, all of whom are exceptionally experienced, and they exceeded our expectations at every stage.

One of the things we loved most was how much could be organised in-house. We didn’t need to source external caterers, furniture, drinks or countless other suppliers. Through Copdock Hall we arranged everything from napkins and chair sashes to illuminated letters, a fire pit with s’mores, and an ice cream cart. The locally sourced food and Copdock’s own wine were also fantastic and made the day feel even more special. And although this is all in-house, it’s all completely customisable - from food to drinks, to set up of decor. Your day, your way!

We chose to do things a little differently from a traditional wedding day, and every detail was executed even better than we had imagined. The team embraced our ideas and brought them to life flawlessly.

Throughout the planning process and on the day itself, every member of the Copdock Hall team was outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care shone through at every interaction. Even the maintenance team we met the following morning while checking out of the house were friendly, helpful and a credit to the venue.

Thinking back on our wedding day genuinely makes me emotional. The grounds are breathtaking, and the lavender in bloom is simply stunning. The church, the vineyard, and the surrounding scenery create a truly unique atmosphere. Every detail of the venue is beautifully maintained, from the fairy lights and bar area to the flowers in the courtyard, the smaller barn, and the table lighting. In truth, if you added no decorations at all, the venue would still look incredible because Copdock Hall does so much of the heavy lifting for you. That’s something really special.

Thank you to everyone at Copdock Hall. You made our wedding day unforgettable and the planning process so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for more.

PS. The most important part. It’s dog friendly ALL DAY AND NIGHT - including accommodation. (Not just the ceremony and photos like most places).

Copdock hall were wonderful from start to finish. Abigail our planner did an amazing job of keeping us organised whilst also making the whole experience relaxed and fun.

If you are searching for the perfect wedding venue you need not look any further than Copdock Hall. It really is perfect!!

Rob & I got married here in March 2026 and from the moment we first arrived we knew this was the venue we were going to use. Julie and the team were so helpful and paid great attention to detail whilst also being very relaxed and accommodating, which for us is the perfect combination. Nothing was too much trouble.

The buildings themselves are absolutely stunning and the grounds are fabulous too. It is easy to access from the A12 but far enough away not to be affected by the traffic in any way. They really have got every possible amenity that you could wish for; reception area, beautiful courtyard, magnificent barn, dressing room with everything you could need, bar area, beautiful grounds set in a vineyard, all accessibility needs are covered, etc etc, and the farmhouse accommodation is a fabulous addition.
Everything about the venue has been so well thought out and done tastefully.

On the day itself, Julie & the team were efficient and attentive whilst also being discreet in their presence. We were able to revel in our day without having to be concerned about any of the arrangements, details or timings. The catering, including the canapés, wedding breakfast and evening pizza were all of a incredibly high standard for which we received very positive comments from our guests.

All in all, everyone had the most amazing day with many guests saying that it was the best wedding venue they had ever come across and actually the best wedding they had ever been too, which is in no small part down to the venue itself and the whole team at Copdock.
