We have been working with Vanessa and Main Event for many years holding three wedding shows a year at our venue and also advertising in Absolute Bridal.

We find the shows an excellent way to bring new business to our site, they are well advertised and require very little organisation and stress on our part.

The event is always very well organised, we have a meeting a few weeks prior to discuss the details and the suppliers that will be exhibiting. There is always a very good variety of different suppliers which means the show is interesting for potential couples. We are sent the artwork and banners to advertise the event via our databases and on-site.
The day of the event is pleasurable to work as the Main Event team choreograph everything so that we can focus on our own stand and chatting with all of the couples that visit.

We often find that the shows generate viewings and bookings but in general helps put us on the map for couples that didn’t necessarily know about us.

We have been advertising in Absolute Bridal for some time also as find that it is great value for money given the quality of the publication and the widespread distribution, everyone is very helpful too in assisting us with our advert.

Channels Estate Wedding venue has been using Main Event Wedding Shows for almost two decades to host our wedding shows. We also attend all the Chelmsford City Racecourse 2-day Wedding shows each year where possible, and we hold at least two wedding shows each year at our own venue, all arranged by the Main Event Team.
The Shows are always very well attended with newly engaged couples, which are genuinely looking to book venues and services. Without these events, I have no doubt we would not be able to create the same number of enquiries.
