Hi, I'm Jamie. Essex-based, but you'll find me anywhere across the UK where there's a love story to be told. My whole approach comes down to one thing... on the day, it never feels like you've hired a photographer, it just feels like you've got a friend there who happens to have a camera. Which, if being photographed makes you wince, is rather the point.

Your couple portraits won't feel like a photoshoot. They'll feel more like a relaxed, romantic walk, just the two of you, while I quietly take care of everything else... the best light, the gentle positioning, the little nudges that mean you never feel awkward or stuck for what to do with your hands. We'll grab a few proper "wow" shots while we're at it, the kind worth blowing up big on a wall.

But that's maybe 1% of the day. The rest is the real stuff... honest, candid, unposed moments of you, your people, and the whole happy madness of it all. Over the years, I've learned the rhythm of a wedding. When to step in close, and when to melt into the background so completely you forget I'm even there.

I've been doing this a long time, and picked up a few lovely awards along the way... but the words that matter most aren't mine. They're my couple’s.
