I’m Shanice, a bridal makeup artist and hairstylist specialising in weightless, high-impact glam and voluminous, textured hair that never feels stiff or too “done.”
I know lots of brides worry they’ll either feel washed out or won’t recognise themselves once the makeup is on. Neither is happening here. I want you to look in the mirror and still see yourself, just more sculpted, more radiant and with the volume turned up in all the right places.
Nothing is copied and pasted from one bride to the next. I take into account your features, what you normally wear, the parts of yourself you love, your dress, your hair and what you actually want for your wedding day. If you know exactly what that is, perfect. If you don’t, that’s what I’m here for.
Your preview gives us time to try things properly, make changes and work out what feels right without any pressure. I’ll be honest about what will photograph well, what will last and what I think will suit you, but you’ll always be part of the decision.
And then there’s the wedding morning itself. I’m not turning up, silently doing your face and leaving. Expect a lot of laughs, good energy, calm when it’s needed and someone paying attention to the little things. I plan timings properly, arrange additional artists where needed and make sure the morning feels organised without feeling military.
Your hair and makeup will be created to last through photos, happy tears, hugs, kisses and dancing, while still looking good close-up and feeling comfortable on your skin.
I’ve been in the industry for nearly a decade, have more than 70 five-star Google reviews, multiple award nominations and a Hitched Wedding Award 2026 win behind me. I know what I’m doing, but I’ll never make your morning feel like just another booking.

Shanice has been an absolute superstar with my make up from start to end.
She did my make up for my engagement shoot and I knew I had to have her for my big day!
