Woodlands Park is a wonderful wedding venue!

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Our Wedding

First of all, thank you!! We recently had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the start of the planning process to the final moments of our big day, the staff were truly exceptional. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, with a variety of spaces that worked perfectly for both the ceremony and reception. But what really made the experience stand out was the team. Sammie and Shaldon went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right on the day and Jay was a superstar working a very busy bar all evening! The catering and service staff were equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Our guests were full of compliments not only about the beauty of the venue but also about how well-organized and welcoming everything felt. We couldn’t be more grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Woodlands to anyone wanting to get married.

Perfection

Where do we even begin to say just how amazing this hotel was for our wedding. From the moment we booked Woodlands 18 months in advance we were assigned a wedding co ordinator Cheyenne we was able to speak or email her any time with any question's we had. Our food tasting we was able to bring our parents so we got to try every dish which was all great. We were sent recommendations for suppliers, nothing was ever too much trouble. Closer to the day we had a meeting to discuss exactly how our day would run every detail was discussed down to how we wanted our napkins folded. On our wedding day Anna & David worked with all the decor suppliers to make sure the room was how we wanted it and they were on hand if we needed anything from the start of the day up until the very end at midnight. Our drinks reception and canapés was wonderful and the wedding breakfast the food was outstanding. The service from every member of staff we ever encountered was just incredible. The attention to detail on everything they do for you was so thoughtful, when we went back to our honeymoon suite a teddy bear champagne and slices of our wedding cake were waiting for us. Everyone of our guests have contacted us saying what an amazing venue Woodlands is and how much they enjoyed it. The only down side is it’s all over now. Woodlands park hotel will forever be our special place for making our dream wedding a reality. Thank you.
